Our goal is to meet students one on one, make them enthusiastic for the traineeship or different job positions at our company which would fit their interest. Moreover, we want to inspire them on the importance of the energy transition and why a job in that transition is vital for the future of the Netherlands and its road to net zero emissions in 2050. Of course, this inspiration comes with an explanation of the work culture at Stedin and the way it assist its employees into getting energized for the energy transition.
