Oil and gas
Since 2015 we have been a leading innovator in the oil and gas sector. Our pioneering
HWO unit design has already increased efficiencies for over 700 client operations
worldwide. And the innovation doesn’t stop there. We are the first in the world to design
the first all-electric HWO unit –supporting our client’s sustainability goals with reduced
on-site CO2 and noise emissions.
Decommissioning
When a well reaches the end of its life it must be plugged and abandoned (P&A)
Decommissioning a well is often more challenging than constructing one. Heavy pulling,
big bore tubular handling and significant pump capacity can see P&A jobs costing the same as the original drilling operation- especially when combined with the cost of
reviving old platform drilling facilities.
Snubbing: Intervention operations while keeping the well alive. Killing the well to
perform an intervention usually means pumping heavy fluid or mud. This can increase
the risks of reservoir formation damage and result in costly stimulations or decreased
well performance. Snubbing is one of the most capable, safe and efficient tools for the
removal or installation of tubular from a live, fully pressurized well. Our custom-built
Snubbing Unit technology allows well intervention to happen live – with minimal risk to
production levels.
